If you require your item quickly the best form of payment is to ring us and
pay by credit / debit card.

We always ship our items with care. All glass products are first wrapped in
tissue paper, then bubble wrap and into a box with additional protection.

All our items are signed by the designer or glass works. Other
items have
a sand blasted trade mark on the base. If we are selling an
unmarked item
we will include a certificate of authenticity.
That's an easy question to answer. For many years we have scoured
the internet, auction
catalogues and exhibition to source customers requirements. Let us
know what you
require, we will do our best to source it. It may take some time,
however we can often
locate an item within 24 hours !
We are always available to show customers any of our range of
items at or Mercury
House office by appointment. However we display at all the major glass
fairs and exhibitions.

We accept payment by credit / debit cards, PayPal, Cheques and
BACS payment directly to our account.
We do not accept international payment by cheques or bankers orders
unless they are in UK Stirling £, due to the high banking charges
imposed.
We carry most items in stock. However due to the fact that our
items are hand finished
on the rare occasion sometimes it takes up to 28 days to dispatch. We
will contact you if
there will be any delay in dispatch.
Items are normally shipped within 5 working days by recorded delivery.
Insurance is offered
for items over £34.00.
International shipments are always sent via airmail and once again
insurance is offered.
